a rare sighting

nic is a slippery guy.  tough to catch.  nothing personal, he assures us.  he is needlessly busy, eating rather than writing his paper, vegging rather than tackling those e-mails, and entertaining rather than loving his neighbor.

yes, nic is a sad, strange little man.  but in case you wanted to catch a glimpse of him, perhaps tell him something important or to catch up on what's been going on in his life, here's a website that can help.  we're compiling every instance of nic's presence on the world wide web, just for your clicking pleasure.  feel free to browse around.  when you're done, get on with life.  we're not sure why you're wasting it here, either.

the list

and i break
apparently nic released his first-ever official solo album.  this is its website.  from there you can access his connection to the infamous "rogers 81" band that has irritated many a mother's poor ears across this country.  we give it a 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because the little bouncy balls connected to the mouse on the site were really, really fun to play with.

his weblog
something of an online journal of nic's ponderings and philosophizings.  we give this about a 3.5 out of 5 stars, mainly because nic tends to ramble.

his other weblog
only for the bored at heart, the "lifeofnic" blog chronicles some of nic's delusions of grandeur and everyday activities.  we give it a 2 out of 5.  we just weren't that bored.

his music site
this is nic's philosophy of music and art, centered around a previous "demo" album he made a while back called "get real".  4.5 out of 5.  it's probably his most focused work, but it's almost never updated.

his downloads site
here you can find some strange things...or at least, that what he promises us.  right now, all he has posted is a movie he directed called "shower story," starring wilhelm peters.  we watched it.  we laughed.  we gave his site 3 out of 5 stars.  no design.

his soundclick site
download a few of the songs from "and i break," and learn a bit about his musical tastes and history.  we give it 2 out of 5 stars.  only 3 songs (so far), and one of them is an interminable "web version."

did we cover him well?  did we give him the right number of stars?  have you found other sightings of him?  has he said something lately that needs to be put on here?  let us know.
